Mô tả công việc

• Design and refine user interfaces to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. 
• Work closely with developers to ensure UI implementation aligns with design specifications. 
• Optimize web interfaces for performance, scalability, and security to cater to an international audience. 
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and front-end technologies to enhance system functionality. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing features for a more efficient and enjoyable user experience.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Working Experience
   ● At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design 
2. Education:
   ● University degree or above in Design or equivalent. 
3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 
   1. UX
      ● [Mandatory] Demonstrable UX design skill
      ● [Mandatory] Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
      ● [Mandatory] Describe your products in detail in the resume/portfolio when applying
      ● [Preferred] Ability to define user scenarios and design themes 
   2. UI (Graphic User Interface)
      ● Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
      ● Experience in translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
      ● [Mandatory] Have good skill in Figma and Adobe Creative tools: Photoshop, XD, Illustrator and so on.
      ● [Mandatory] Describe your products in detail in the resume/portfolio for both web and mobile platforms when applying
      ● [Preferred] Experience in incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design
      ● [Preferred] Up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
      ● [Preferred] Have skill in HTML/CSS (big plus)
      ● [Preferred] Knowledge of After Effects, Prototype Tools… is a plus 
   3. Others
      ● Thorough, sincere, responsible, understanding mindset
      ● Active communication internally and externally
      ● Good ability in teamwork and working independently Good Japanese or English communication skill
      ● Salary: 25M~35M (Gross)
