OutSystems Developer (HTML, UI/UX, English)

We’re seeking an OutSystems Developer to develop and maintain applications within the OutSystems platform, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will handle support requests, perform quality assurance, and ensure that all applications align with BPMN processes. Additionally, collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure successful project outcomes and clear communication of requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & Internal Request Handling: Address and resolve internal requests related to myTwin (OutSystems platform).
• Application Development: Develop and maintain applications within the OutSystems environment.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform quality assurance and testing of developed solutions, ensuring alignment with BPMN processes.
• User Story Documentation: Capture, document, and refine user stories to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• OutSystems Certification: Must hold an OutSystems Associate Certification.
• Software Development Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Outsystems developer.
• UI/UX & HTML Skills: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and proficiency in HTML.
• BPMN & Process Flow Knowledge: Solid understanding of BPMN and general process flows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Directory (AD) Setting: Experience with AD configuration and settings is highly desirable.
• Security Knowledge: Awareness of security principles and best practices is an advantage.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma is a plus.
• English Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
