Endava Vietnam started its operations in 2023 as Endava's second delivery center in the Southeast Asia region. Later on in the same year, Endava joined forces with DEK which had a big presence in Vietnam. Today Endava Vietnam comprises more than 500 employees across the Development, Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management disciplines.

What's the coolest skill you've learned?

One of the coolest skills I’ve learned is staying ahead with AI technologies as Endava moves toward becoming an AI Native organization. Exposure to cutting-edge tools, technical terms, and real-world use cases has expanded my skill set and deepened my understanding of how AI can enhance automation testing and solve real testing challenges.

What’s the coolest thing about your job?

What stands out most at Endava is the culture of continuous learning. As a SDET, I’m encouraged to apply new tools and techniques in my daily work, turning my project into a chance to grow. With rich resources, active communities, and support to explore new tech, I stay innovative and contribute to both my team and the wider engineering group.

What's cool about your workstation?

What’s cool about my desk is that I don’t have to stay there all day. I love the ergonomic chair, spacious desk with drawers and wide-screen monitor, but sometimes I move to one of our private phone booths. The booths feature height-adjustable desks, which I just love —I can stand for work and meetings instead of sitting all day long.

What's one favorite thing about your job?

My job is creative and value-focused. Every program or decision has clear, tangible value and meaning, and I have all the resources I need to make meaningful contributions: world-class e-books and e-courses on O’Reilly, self-paced learning on Endava University, and hands-on, human-touch interaction in our local, regional and global communities.

What's cool about your workstation?

I work in a hybrid setup, balancing focused work at home with dynamic collaborations in the office. My minimalist, ergonomic workstation features an adjustable standing desk and a single high-resolution monitor—truly ideal for long coding sessions. When I need a break, you’ll find me at the café on Floor 11, enjoying a coffee before diving back in.

What's one favorite thing about your job?

The comfortable and light-hearted atmosphere of my team really stands out. Everyone is funny and easygoing, which makes even challenging tasks more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to be part of a group that knows how to keep things professional while also keeping the mood positive.
