IT Specialist (Google Apps Script / VBA / SQL)

• Manage, maintain, and update data on internal systems (Portal, Google Sheets, internal databases).
• Support the development and optimization of reports based on requests from other Departments (using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio).
• Build, optimize, and automate business processes using Google Apps Script.
• Participate in the development and administration of the company’s website with outsourced partners - from planning to implementation and operation.
• Coordinate with the Manager to review processes and propose system improvements.
• Provide training and support for internal users in utilizing data systems and reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education:
   - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (specializing in Software Development), Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
2. Experience:
   - At least 2 years of experience in software/website development or hands-on experience with Google Apps Script (including web app development).
   - Proficiency in programming (Google Apps Script / VBA / SQL).
3. Skills:
   - Proficient in programming (Google Apps Script / VBA / SQL); good coding skills with a focus on problem-solving and automation.
   - Basic knowledge of network administration (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) is an advantage.
   - Proficient in Microsoft Office.
   - Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills; system-oriented mindset.
   - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical departments.
   - Good command of English for communication.
