Another highlight is the excellent work-life balance. The hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home) provides flexibility while still allowing plenty of opportunities to connect with teammates in person.
The office itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, creating a pleasant place to work. I also appreciate the well-stocked pantry, which offers a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks such as coffee, milk, yogurt, soft drinks, fruits, candies, and other snacks.
