What I liked:
Mình làm ở team Marketing được hơn 1 năm và điều mình thích nhất là mọi người rất sẵn sàng chia sẻ kiến thức, từ chuyên môn marketing đến cách làm việc với khách hàng. Công việc có nhiều cơ hội thử cái mới nên học được khá nhanh. Môi trường trẻ, đồng nghiệp hỗ trợ nhau và quản lý cũng khá cởi mở trong việc lắng nghe ý kiến của nhân viên
Công ty không có văn hóa OT nên đa số nhân viên đều xử lý task trong giờ hành chính
Suggestions for improvement:
Mình mong công ty có thêm các hoạt động gắn kết giữa các phòng ban vì hiện tại mỗi team khá bận với dự án riêng
Môi trường ổn định, phúc lợi có cải thiện tốt hơn trước
