What I liked:
YouNet Media has a dynamic working environment and is a good fit for people who want to work in the intersection of Marketing, Data, and Technology. Being part of a diverse ecosystem also gives employees opportunities to work on different types of projects, clients, and business problems.
At the Middle/Senior level, I appreciate the level of ownership. The role is not limited to completing assigned tasks; there are opportunities to get deeper into problem-solving and suggest better ways of working. The entrepreneurial mindset is also reflected in how people are encouraged to take ownership and contribute beyond their immediate responsibilities.
OT is supportive and responsive, with good communication and a strong willingness to collaborate when needed.
Suggestions for improvement:
The environment can be fast-paced, with priorities changing based on business needs. It is more suitable for people who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Workload can also be quite high at times, especially when handling multiple priorities or working with different stakeholders. Strong self-management and stakeholder management skills are important.
For Middle/Senior employees, career development can depend quite a lot on the specific team, manager, and individual initiative. I would not expect everything to follow a clearly defined career path.
