What I liked:
Có nhiều dự án để học hỏi, manager linh động khi nhân sự chưa phù hợp với dự án, thời gian làm việc flexible, có WAH policy và các hoạt động trip riêng biệt.
Tôi thấy OT khá linh hoạt, được ghi nhận bằng phép hoặc tiền. Tùy vào DC/BU đang làm việc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Chính sách WAH gần đây có phần siết chặt hơn, nên có thể cân nhắc điều chỉnh linh hoạt và cởi mở hơn. Ngoài ra, do môi trường có số lượng nhân sự lớn, lộ trình tăng lương đôi khi chưa thật sự cạnh tranh so với mặt bằng chung, đặc biệt với các nhân sự ở mức trung bình khá. Tuy nhiên, với những cá nhân có năng lực nổi bật, cơ hội phát triển và đãi ngộ vẫn khá tốt.
