Danh mục dự án phong phú, mang lại nhiều cơ hội tiếp xúc với các công nghệ và bài toán nghiệp vụ khác nhau.
Quy trình vận hành bài bản, rõ ràng
Công ty hỗ trợ đăng ký tài khoản Coursera theo quý cho nhân viên.
Đây là nơi lý tưởng cho các bạn Fresher -> middle học hỏi hoặc những ai tìm kiếm sự ổn định lâu dài.
Chính sách OT tùy thuộc dự án; có nơi rất fair nhưng có nơi chưa đạt kỳ vọng, cần đồng nhất hơn.
Suggestions for improvement:
Quản lý công việc: Một số dự án cần xem xét và căn chỉnh lại deadline cho các task một cách thực tế hơn, tránh tình trạng dồn ép quá mức gây ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng sản phẩm và sức khỏe nhân viên.
• Chế độ đãi ngộ: Nên nâng cấp chế độ nghỉ mát hàng năm.
• Cần sớm ban hành lộ trình và chính sách sử dụng AI trong công việc để bắt kịp xu hướng và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất.
Vào được đơn vị có sếp tốt thì sẽ là cơ hội được học hỏi và nhiều dự án.
