What I liked:
Đồng nghiệp nice, văn phòng tiện nghi rộng, nhiều không gian khác nhau, nhiều event cho nhân viên tham gia.
Được trải nghiệm làm nhiều domain khác nhau và dự án nước ngoài.
Được cấp account học chứng chỉ quốc tế.
Máy móc, trang thiết bị xịn.
Process của Hr và It support rất tốt
Không phải OT, nếu có thì cũng có chế độ riêng, thường là đổi qua ngày nghỉ bù
Suggestions for improvement:
Không phát triển được chuyên môn
Dự án hên xui
Không có lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng
Một vài policy hơi ba chấm như ủng hộ 1 ngày lương cho quỹ fpt, phạt đi muộn về sớm dù chỉ muộn - sớm 1 phút, bảo mật dự án khiến cho việc cho sản phẩm vào port rất khó khăn.
OKR không tạo ra giá trị lắm, chủ yếu làm cho xong trách nhiệm.
Phải đi onsite theo dự án yêu cầu.
Lương thấp so với mặt bằng chung, bảo hiểm không đóng full lương, mức cơ bản 4-5tr
