Tôi rất may mắn khi được làm việc tại HomeCredit, nơi đã đem đến cho tôi không chỉ là một công việc mà còn là môi trường lý tưởng để phát triển. Một trong những điều làm tôi yêu thích nhất khi làm việc tại đây là văn hóa doanh nghiệp. Công ty luôn chú trọng đến tinh thần hợp tác, cởi mở và khuyến khích sự sáng tạo trong mỗi nhân viên, tạo cảm giác thân thiện, gắn kết và đầy cảm hứng.
Bên cạnh đó, công ty luôn tạo điều kiện cho tôi học hỏi và phát triển kỹ năng thông qua các khóa đào tạo và cơ hội thăng tiến. Ban lãnh đạo rất quan tâm đến sự phát triển của từng cá nhân, lắng nghe ý kiến và hỗ trợ khi cần thiết. Điều này giúp tôi không chỉ phát triển trong công việc mà còn hoàn thiện bản thân.
Ngoài ra,Home còn có chế độ phúc lợi tốt, đảm bảo quyền lợi của nhân viên. Đây thực sự là một nơi đáng để gắn bó lâu dài và phát triển sự nghiệp.
Cty có hỗ trợ phụ cấp và nghỉ bù. Cân nhắc cung cấp thêm một số quyền lợi bsung như hỗ trợ ăn uống cho những ngày OT kéo dài.

Trong thời gian làm việc tại Homecredit, tôi đã có cơ hội trải nghiệm nhiều điều tích cực, nhưng cũng nhận thấy một số điểm cần cải thiện để giúp công ty phát triển mạnh mẽ hơn nữa.
Trước tiên, tôi đề xuất công ty xem xét tăng cường các chương trình đào tạo định kỳ, đặc biệt là các kỹ năng chuyên môn và kỹ năng mềm. Điều này sẽ không chỉ giúp nhân viên nâng cao năng lực mà còn tạo ra một đội ngũ làm việc chuyên nghiệp và hiệu quả hơn.
Ngoài ra, quy trình làm việc của một số bộ phận có thể được tối ưu hóa để giảm thiểu tình trạng quá tải công việc, đặc biệt trong các giai đoạn cao điểm. Công ty cũng có thể cân nhắc cải tiến công cụ hỗ trợ công việc hoặc đầu tư vào các phần mềm hiện đại để nâng cao hiệu quả làm việc của nhân viên.
Cuối cùng, một số phúc lợi dành cho nhân viên có thể được cải thiện hơn, chẳng hạn như hỗ trợ về sức khỏe tinh thần và tăng cường các hoạt động gắn kết đội nhóm. Điều này sẽ góp phần tạo nên môi trường làm việc tích cực và giúp nhân viên thêm gắn bó với công ty.
