What I liked:
Very experimentally-driven, data and technology-driven decision making, great in-house experts for any area of technical expertise, cross-country learning experiences, fast-paced and process-driven rather than relationship-driven
Unless during project deadline times, I didn't have to work overtime most of the time.
Suggestions for improvement:
Maybe senior leadership can show more empathy towards mass positions like sales and collections. These positions often have very turn-over and constantly under immense pressure for results and changes. They can be laid off very quickly too.
Also, despite the official slogan, daily strategy decisions are more profit-driven than customer-driven.
My advice is to adopt the stake-holder management approach, considering the interests of all stakeholders, esp. employees and customers, instead of solely focusing on the shareholders, for the long-term profitability.
