Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implement & validate tracking: GA4/GTM for campaigns, web/app journeys, event taxonomy

- QA & data integrity: Proactively test, debug, and document tracking implementations; escalate issues with clear reproduction steps

- Dashboard ownership: Build and maintain marketing dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI) for performance monitoring and data quality checks

- AdTech signal validation: Ensure conversion tracking readiness across Meta, Google, TikTok for campaign optimization

- Cross-functional collaboration: Translate marketing requirements into technical specs; support BI/Analytics with reliable, well-documented data

- Process documentation: Create SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding materials for team knowledge sharing

- A/B test support: Technical setup, data validation, and result reporting for experimentation initiatives

- Privacy compliance: Support consent management implementation and data retention policies

- Continuous improvement: Identify automation opportunities, leverage AI tools for QA, and propose incremental enhancements

Your skills and experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- University graduates with GPA of 3/4 and 7/10 with less than 2-year working experience

- Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent•Bonus: Google Analytics/GTM certs, SQL courses, personal MarTech projectsSQL basics: SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, WHERE for data validation

- Data literacy: Ability to read, validate, and question data quality

- Digital systems: Understand web/app architecture and translate business needs into technical specs

- Excel/Sheets: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data manipulation

- Light JavaScript awareness: Variables, functions, DOM events (for tagging context)

- Browser Dev Tools: Basic familiarity with Console/Network tabs for debugging

- Report design basics: Understand dashboard logic (even if not hands-on yet)

- MarTech fundamentals: GA4, GTM, digital tracking, UTM parameters

- Privacy awareness: Cookies, consent, GDPR/CCPA fundamentals

- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, communication & presentation skills to understand business contexts and suggest constructive enhancements
