Chế độ làm việc hybrid 2 ngày làm việc trên văn phòng , 3 ngày wfh , linh hoạt có thể cân bằng giữa công việc và gia đình, được tạo điều kiện tìm kiếm thử thách và nâng cao giá trị đóng góp cho dự án và công ty
Chính sách trả lương rõ ràng, hầu như rất ít phải OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Mở rộng thêm quy mô công ty để có thể tuyển nhiều dev hơn
