What I liked:
- Môi trường hybrid rõ ràng và linh hoạt, giúp tôi dễ dàng cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống cá nhân, đồng thời tối ưu hiệu quả làm việc.
- Công ty luôn đồng hành cùng nhân viên trong hành trình thăng tiến, đưa ra định hướng phát triển nghề nghiệp rõ ràng, hỗ trợ đào tạo và tạo cơ hội thử thách mới.
- Chính sách lương thưởng cạnh tranh, cao hơn so với mức trung bình thị trường cho cùng cấp bậc, khiến tôi cảm thấy nỗ lực được ghi nhận và trân trọng.
Đồng nghiệp hòa đồng, thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ lẫn nhau, đặc biệt môi trường làm việc không có toxic hay drama, giúp tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và an tâm khi gắn bó lâu dài.
- Các chuyến du lịch công ty được tổ chức chuyên nghiệp, không chỉ là hoạt động vui chơi mà còn là dịp tăng cường sự gắn kết, để lại nhiều kỷ niệm đáng nhớ.

- Công ty hiện tại đã có nhiều điểm mạnh, tuy nhiên có thể mở rộng thêm các phòng ban hoặc chi nhánh mới để tăng cơ hội hợp tác và phát triển.
- Đầu tư hơn vào các công cụ AI trending hiện tại để hỗ trợ công việc và quy trình tự động hóa, giúp toàn bộ công ty tiết kiệm thời gian và nâng cao hiệu suất làm việc.
- Xây dựng thêm các chính sách phúc lợi cá nhân hóa (ví dụ: hỗ trợ học tập, gói bảo hiểm đa dạng hơn) để đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân viên.
