What I liked:
I enjoy working here because everyone is supportive and willing to help when needed. The management trusts employees and provides flexibility through hybrid working and flexible hours. I also appreciate the opportunity to learn new skills beyond my main responsibilities, such as working with Power BI and collaborating with different teams. The working environment is friendly, respectful, and encourages continuous learning.
Overtime is rare and well managed. The workload is reasonable, allowing employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Suggestions for improvement:
I don't have any specific suggestions at the moment. Overall, I'm happy with the current working environment.
