We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to take ownership of a critical payment solution initiative for one of our global clients. This is a strategic leadership role that blends hands-on technical expertise with project delivery oversight in a collaborative, multinational environment.
As a Technical Project Manager at Endava, you’ll lead the delivery of Agile projects, ensuring strong alignment between business goals, technical teams, and client expectations. Acting as a facilitator and key communicator, you’ll drive collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. This role is ideal for professionals who perform well in fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering results through strategic problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and managing the technical project team from initiation to completion.
- Managing project plans, release schedules and resource allocation.
- Identifying and overseeing risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.
- Implementing and enforcing Scrum ceremonies for efficient project execution.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Promote team motivation, collaboration, and communication while supporting performance evaluations.
- Manage client expectations, engagement, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
Yêu cầu công việc
Technical Skills:
- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Project Manager role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies, along with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project.
- Experienced managing complex and large-scale projects.
- Experienced with risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Skilled in managing client expectations with excellent client-facing abilities.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills and ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
