We are looking for a Senior/ Middle Flutter Mobile Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, along with strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.

Job Requirements: 

• Proficient in Flutter & Dart with hands-on experience in building and deploying cross-platform mobile applications. At least 4 years experiences in software development. 
• Experience in native mobile development:
  • iOS with Swift / Objective-C, or
  • Android with Kotlin / Java.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices 
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, Web-Sockets, and third-party SDKs 
• Skilled in using state management and local storage such as SQLite, Shared Preference, insights into how Flutter works
• Proficient in using IDE such as Xcode, Android Studio
• Passionate about technology, eager to learn, and committed to personal and professional growth 
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and responsive design principles 
• Knowledge of banking and finance is a plus 
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to challenges 
• Participated in projects published on Google Play/App Store

Skill:

• Good communication skills in English and strong teamwork abilities.
• Proactive and responsible in handling assigned tasks
• Capable of self-learning and staying up to date with new technologies.
