We are looking for a talented and experienced Middle Flutter Developer to join our team in building high-quality mobile applications in the entertainment, messaging, and video call. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Flutter, preferably have worked with Agora SDK or similar video communication platforms. We highly value candidates who are available to start immediately and who have their own personal laptop. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using Flutter. 
• Integrate third-party services such as Agora (video calls, live streaming), Firebase, and other SDKs. 
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products. 
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. 
• Participate in requirement analysis, architecture design, and planning. 
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance, fix bugs, and ensure app stability. 
   

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 2 years in Flutter. 
• Solid knowledge and working experience with Kotlin/Android native is a big plus. 
• Experience in building or maintaining applications in entertainment, messaging, or video call sectors. 
• Familiarity with Agora SDK or similar real-time communication platforms (e.g., WebRTC, Twilio) is a strong advantage. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and team collaboration. 
• Published apps on the App Store or Google Play. 
• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Firebase, Socket IO, Node.js) is a plus.
