We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) who can ship robust, production-ready code, push through ambiguity, and deeply care about customer outcomes. 

 

What you’ll do at Oolio 

• Design and build reliable, scalable systems using Golang on top of our Kubernetes-native infrastructure. 
• Leverage AI tools and agents in your daily development workflows — from ideation to implementation. 
• Work across distributed event-driven systems that must scale with speed and integrity. 
• Help embed AI capabilities across products used by thousands of venues — making every click smarter and faster. 
• Push for clarity, align stakeholders, and turn fuzzy problems into shipped features. 
• Raise the bar for engineering excellence — from clean code to observability and system resilience. 

Yêu cầu công việc

Skills and Experience 

• Over 7+ years of product development experience 
• 5+yrs with strong backend engineering experience, ideally with Golang and Kubernetes. 
• You’ve worked on event-driven architectures, microservices, or payment platforms. 
• You use AI tools like Copilot, Claude, or Coderabbit in your dev workflows — and you love it. 
• You’re outcome-driven: you care more about the impact than the process. 
• You think in terms of resilience, observability, and operational integrity — not just "if it works." 
• You thrive in high-ownership environments, especially where clarity and alignment need to be driven — not handed to you.
