• Manage global engineering teams and build an organization that continuously delivers high-quality software collaboration with managers both in Japan and Vietnam.
• Be responsible for project management of highly important initiatives and ensure on time delivery.
• Identify and lead the resolution of technical and organizational issues.
• Evaluate multiple technical solutions, balancing performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost.
• Deeply understand the company-wide strategy and the requirements of products using the platform, and reflect them in the development roadmap and organizational strategy.
• Collaborate with other managers to address cross-team challenges.
• Conduct people management, including 1-on-1s, personal development plan creation, performance reviews.
• Develop and recruit successors and next-generation leaders for the sustainable development of the company and its business.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-Have

• Background in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Information System 
• 7+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience in managing web projects or product development 
• Have worked as a senior Java or Ruby or Golang software engineer or higher
• Experience in handling/building an engineering team (direct or indirect) of 10+ members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in dealing with escalated or critical issues 
• Good experience in people management: employee satisfaction, career growth, performance review, coaching, mentoring, 1:1 meeting
• Good experience in Agile: Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and practices
• Strong knowledge of security and robust high-performance system
• Good experience in microservices, micro-frontend, and multi-tenant architecture design/implementation
• Experience in solving complex requirements/problems both business and technology such as: Finance System, Accounting System, Banking System, Distributed System, Scalable web applications
• English skills (professional working proficiency)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in developing and operating development platforms.
• Management experience with multinational engineers.
