Job Summary:

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports our brokerage operations. This includes servers, storage, networks, and security systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation of infrastructure systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that infrastructure solutions are integrated effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT infrastructure technologies and trends.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior infrastructure engineers.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networks, and security.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and configurations. Prepare reports on IT performance, security incidents, and project status. Document IT processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA or MCSE and Unix/Linux certification))
• Foreign Languages: Good English/ good to understand related technical documents and good enought communication.

Expertise/ Kiến thức chuyên môn:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networks, and security.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with high-frequency trading systems.
• Certifications in relevant IT infrastructure technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, systems administration, and cybersecurity principles.
• Good understanding of Vietnam’s stock market.
• Have good skill to Manage and maintain databases (Oracle/ SQL..) on securities firm, ensuring data integrity and security. Develop and implement data backup and recovery procedures. 
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.

Experience:

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with high-frequency trading systems.
• Certifications in relevant IT infrastructure technologies. Have experience on develop and implementing Securities/Bond / derivatives trading system software) are a plus.
