Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (Developers, Testers, Designers, and Project Managers) to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Support the design, testing, and implementation phases to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
Create and maintain project documentation including BRD, SRS, User Stories, and Use Cases.
Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring requirements are aligned with project goals and timelines.
Conduct business process analysis and optimization, proposing improvements where necessary.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the successful handover to clients.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Comprehensive knowledge & understanding about Logistics/ Customs/ ERP is a great advantage.
Superior data analysis & Excel skills.
Technical skills: SQL, data mapping, system integration knowledge.
Stakeholder management skills
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong analytical thinking, requirement elicitation, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in creating wireframes, workflows, and functional diagrams is a plus.
Experience in client-facing roles, preferably with international clients.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master is an advantage.
