Lead and manage the .NET development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Define technical direction, review solutions, and provide guidance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Act as the key contact for international clients, managing communication in English (requirements, reporting, documentation).
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
Support team members’ growth through mentoring, coaching, and technical reviews.
Collaborate with global teams in Japan, China, and other regions for project execution.
Drive process improvements and promote best practices in software development.
Willingness to travel for short-term assignments overseas (training, project collaboration).

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in .NET development, including at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role.
Strong knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server/Oracle) and software development processes.
Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
Good English skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Experience in working with international clients or in offshore development projects is a strong advantage.
Open to occasional overseas business trips.
