(Mid-level) Graphic Designer (UI-UX)

As a Start-Up in InsurTech domain, we are working to provide Vietnamese good products to get them protected with unexpected circumstances. We are looking for a Graphic Designes – a key role in ensuring Saladin’s growth and dominance online and offline!  

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain consistency of the brand images and quality across all interfaces and platforms 
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to conduct planning and execution for IMC campaigns, including PR, promotions, recruitment, or awareness campaigns 
• Prepare design concepts and layouts for different communication purposes of the company (online & offline, internal communication, etc.), including motion graphics and video on different social media channels (FB reels, Tiktok,etc.)
• Generate communication materials for Saladin’s partners as requested (POSM, banners, vouchers, etc.) 
• Coordinate with and support the UI/UX Designers from Digital Product Team 
• Other tasks as assigned by the Growth Mananger

Requirements: 

• Portfolio of proven/published work in multiple formats and channels (Facebook/Instagram posts, Youtube scripts, blog posts, online banners,…)  
• Being creative, structured, and detailed oriented  
• Organizational skills and eagerness to work on multiple projects at once  
• Self-driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines 
• Good adaptability to sudden changes in technologies, market trends, processes,… 

Extra points if you have the following:  

• Have experience winking in start-up companies 
• Minimum 2 years of experience at an ad agency or PR agency 
• Graduate in the field of design or art 
• Solid social media savvy 
• Can be able to deliver motion graphic works
