Join our team to architect and deliver enterprise-grade fullstack solutions for clients undergoing digital transformation. Use modern Java and frontend technologies to build scalable, secure, and cloud-ready platforms. Collaborate with global teams, drive best practices, and contribute technical leadership to transformative client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
• Create intuitive frontend applications with React, Angular, or similar
• Design cloud-native solutions optimized for scalability, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and project management
• Participate in client-facing workshops, requirements gathering, and solution planning
• Lead development efforts, mentor peers, and uphold coding standards

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in fullstack development with enterprise Java and modern JS frameworks
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot,… and REST API design
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript( React / Angular)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Excellent English communication skills for engaging with international stakeholders
• Proven leadership capabilities in team and technical delivery

Preferred

• Familiarity with digital transformation projects and IT consulting environments
• Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and data protection practices
• Exposure to Agile and hybrid project delivery models
• Ability to understand client business needs and translate into technical solutions
•  Willingness to work onsite at the customer’s office (in HCMC)
