The DevOps/Launch Specialist ensures system reliability, security, and performance through infrastructure management, networking, testing, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance: Configure monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki), update environments, manage infrastructure setup, provision new environments (IaC), and document best practices.
• Networking: Manage load balancers, firewall rules, VPCs, VPNs, DNS records, and SSL certificates. Optimize web services, implement security policies, and troubleshoot network issues.
• Performance & Load Testing: Conduct load/stress testing (e.g., Locust), gather system metrics, and optimize system/database performance.
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Monitor alerts, investigate logs, resolve performance issues, support incident management, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, training materials, and operational runbooks.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with SSL certificate management and network security principles.
• Ability to configure and launch client websites (DNS setup, SSL, environment variables, etc.).
• Experience with Wordpress
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client onboarding processes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Past experience in a client-facing or project management environment.
• Good at English (in both communication and writing)
