In addition to all the challenges I have at work that I really enjoy, one of my favorite aspect is that I can arrange work hours that fit the requirement of the company as well as fit my daily schedule. That flexibility setup helps me not only fulfilling my duty but also having enough of rest and enjoy life.
The coolest thing about my job is that I fear about being left behind! In order to keep up with all the great developers around me, I constantly find a real need to not only sharpen my current skills but also need to learn new skills day in day out.

I love working with so many skilled and smart Vietnamese software experts. We get to work on so many different projects and software systems. We also get a lot of freedom to innovate and create new features that really can change the way our customers operate. In the morning, I go through all the customer mails and prioritize them. Then I carry out the daily sprint with all the teams I work with. During the day I support the developers, customers, and partners answering questions and preparing designs and proposals. Some days I do training, and do high level planning meeting with different teams.

Team Leader - Thai Anh Duc
To communicate effectively and efficiently. Delivering good results requires cooperation between different parties: Project Owner in Europe, PM, and development team in Vietnam. We learned to develop good communication strategies to take advantage of different timezones.
My workday starts around 8-9 a.m. I check the communication channels on MS Teams and Skype and jot down important things in the day that need my focus. Meet with the team to align the work. And write code. Join forces with the team to solve problems and answer questions during the day. We focus on getting things done effectively and enjoy the day.
