Poko is a start-up in web3 space that enables the next generation of global companies to be set up as DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organization).
To do this, we’re building the platform that allows people to create and manage their DAOs, combined with the legal infrastructure that allows DAOs to operate in the off-chain “real world”. This saves companies time, money (lots of it) and heavy amounts of paperwork. We are building a next-generation company structure for the investors/creators/entrepreneurs of the future.
We are backed by Y Combinator - one of the most prestigious accelerators in the world that has funded start-ups with a total valuation of more than 400 billion USD, including Stripe, Airbnb, Coinbase, Dropbox, etc.
Poko is founded by a team of international co-founders from Vietnam and Singapore, with working experience in Amazon, Netflix, Bain, Trusting Social and graduated from Harvard, Yale and Wharton. Our focus is global with a particular love for helping digital entrepreneurs and those in developing countries
