The OT policy is very fair and transparent, with working hours based on system login/logout records, making the process clear and objective.

- Mình khá bất ngờ vì ngoài công việc còn có nhiều hoạt động nội bộ. Bình thường Dev với nhau toàn nói chuyện task, bug, deadline nên những hoạt động ngoài công việc giúp mọi người gần nhau hơn khá nhiều.
- Có những bạn trước đó chỉ biết qua chat, sau vài hoạt động mới bắt đầu nói chuyện thoải mái hơn, "break the ice" đúng nghĩa luôn.
- Mình nghĩ culture không nằm ở slogan trên poster mà nằm ở những chuyện nho nhỏ như vậy.
Chỉ sợ mn OT không nổi chứ OT bao nhiêu công ty trả tiền OT bấy nhiêu

Gần như không có OT. Làm 1 năm rồi chỉ có duy nhất 1 lần OT thêm đúng 1 ngày do dự án có thay đổi bất ngờ. OT thì được tính vào phép.

Môi trường làm việc trẻ trung, năng động và mọi người khá thân thiện. Đồng nghiệp sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi tôi gặp khó khăn hoặc chưa quen với công việc. Tôi cũng có cơ hội tham gia nhiều đầu việc thực tế, được chủ động đề xuất ý tưởng và học hỏi thêm nhiều kỹ năng mới. Khối lượng công việc đôi lúc khá nhiều nhưng nhờ vậy tôi tiến bộ nhanh hơn và hiểu rõ hơn về công việc của mình.
Chính sách làm thêm giờ khá hợp lý, được trao đổi rõ ràng và không gây áp lực cho nhân viên.
