What I liked:
- Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, cởi mở, khuyến khích sáng tạo và đổi mới.
- Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ, có chuyên môn cao.
- Cơ hội tiếp xúc với các công nghệ tiên tiến, được làm việc với các dự án thực tế quy mô lớn.
- Được cung cấp đầy đủ trang thiết bị làm việc (laptop, màn hình, work phone).
- Chế độ đãi ngộ tốt, lương thưởng cạnh tranh, phúc lợi hấp dẫn (Có phúc lợi về các nhu cầu phát triển bản thân như học tập, sức khỏe).
- Văn phòng hiện đại, không gian làm việc thoải mái, hỗ trợ làm việc hiệu quả.
- Có máy pha cà phê.
Công ty không khuyến khích OT, điều này giúp nhân viên có thể duy trì sự cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống cá nhân.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Quy trình onboarding cho nhân viên mới khá phức tạp
- Cần đa dạng hơn các loại hạt cà phê.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
