What I liked:
There are some points in different aspects that make working here awesome.
Environment:
- Colleagues are super friendly, well-skilled and competent individuals.
- The company will provide you with lots of free utilities like snacks, gym membership, and coffee
- Provided with a laptop and an iPhone with a prepaid 4G plan
- Working with English-speaking team members in Sweden. Perfect for improving English skills
Opportunities:
- Working with cybersecurity-related projects
- Good salary with awesome benefits
- The company prioritises promotion rather than hiring new people for higher positions
- There is a chance to work on-site in Sweden
OT is optional here, as work-life balance is a key component of our company culture.
Suggestions for improvement:
- There should be more training/sharing sessions. However, there are already some plans to work on it.
- The internet, some TV and sharing devices could be improved.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
