What I liked:

The company has an abundance of projects, meaning there's plenty of room for new members to jump in and make an impact immediately. The team culture is incredibly supportive colleagues are always eager to help, ensuring you never feel left behind.
It is a merit-based workplace - don't be afraid to showcase your skills, as the company values and rewards high performance.
Overtime is rare here. The environment is results-oriented, so as long as you meet your deadlines, there is no pressure to work extra hours.
Suggestions for improvement:
While the hybrid schedule is ideal, obtaining approval for fully remote days is still challenging due to concerns over progress tracking. I suggest implementing better outcome-based tracking mechanisms. This would give management peace of mind and allow employees the flexibility to WFH fully when they have valid personal matters.
