I genuinely love working here because of the strong emphasis on professional growth and development, particularly through the coaching and leadership training opportunities. The collaborative and supportive team environment fosters innovation and allows for open communication
There's no overtime policy. But the company don't require anyone to work overtime
Suggestions for improvement:
To further enhance the employee experience, I suggest exploring more flexible work arrangements, such as a hybrid model, where appropriate. Additionally, regular check-ins focusing on career progression and skill development beyond just project-specific feedback could be beneficial. Investing in advanced tools or technologies that streamline workflows would also improve efficiency and reduce potential stress points. Especially, I prefer more female engineers, so that I can have more motivation to go to the office
