Với tui thì Samsung là môi trường làm việc lý tưởng, có nhiều khía cạnh để các bạn nhân viên mới ra trường để có thể học hỏi, phát triển và gắn bó cùng công ty
Tui cực kỳ thích nền tảng đào tạo trực tuyến của công ty, Samsung U như "vô hạn thành" luôn, khóa học nào cũng có, đặc biệt hơn nữa là tụi tui được cấp license cho tài khoản Linkedin E-Learning và Udemy miễn phí luôn, quá là tuyệt vời
Đồng nghiệp team tui siêu dễ thương luôn, cũng trạc tuổi nhau nên khá là "hợp cạ" trong nhiều trend, tiktok các kiểu, rồi lên plan đi du lịch chung nữa
Hoàn toàn là tự nguyện, nếu có OT thì sẽ chi trả đầy đủ, công ty và tập đoàn đề cao work-life balance
Suggestions for improvement:
Có thể bổ sung thêm các chương trình chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và kiến thức của nhiều anh chị "lão làng" để các bạn trẻ có thể được truyền cảm hứng
