What I liked:
Mình thích cảm giác đi làm không phải đoán ý ai: việc gì cũng có người phụ trách, hỏi đúng người là ra. Có lần mình bị vướng một thủ tục nội bộ, tưởng rắc rối lắm, ai ngờ được hướng dẫn từng bước, làm đúng là chạy rất trơn. Ở đây hợp với người thích làm cho xong việc hơn là nói nhiều. Đồng nghiệp lâu năm cũng không kiểu giấu nghề, ai chịu khó hỏi thì được chỉ. Làm lâu thấy mình lên tay vì quy trình buộc mình làm đúng, làm đều, ít lỗi vặt.
OT có lúc phát sinh theo đơn hàng, nhưng thường báo trước. Chấm công rõ, cuối tháng xem lại không bị lăn tăn.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mong công ty làm một trang hướng dẫn cho người mới theo dạng đơn giản hơn (ví dụ: 10 câu hỏi hay gặp + link làm nhanh), vì nhiều bạn mới vào đọc tài liệu dài dễ nản. Nếu có thêm buổi gặp mặt ngắn giữa HR và nhân viên theo ca mỗi tháng một lần thì cũng dễ nghe phản hồi hơn.
