What I liked:
Mình gắn bó lâu vì thấy công ty làm việc theo quy định rõ ràng. Cái gì cũng có quy trình, có người chịu trách nhiệm, nên ít cảnh làm sai rồi phải cãi nhau. Lúc có vấn đề, thường sẽ được gọi lên trao đổi thẳng, hỏi nguyên nhân và cách khắc phục, chứ không quy chụp. Mình cũng đánh giá cao việc đào tạo theo kiểu cầm tay chỉ việc: mới vào thì có người kèm, làm một thời gian thì được giao thêm phần khó hơn để lên tay. Điểm trừ nhẹ là nhiều khi đổi quy định/biểu mẫu hơi nhanh, ai bận ca dễ bị lỡ nhịp nếu không kịp đọc thông báo.
Tăng ca có nhưng theo đợt; thường báo trước nên dễ sắp xếp. Làm thêm xong vẫn được cân đối nghỉ ngơi, không bị kéo dài triền miên.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mong công ty có một kênh thông báo duy nhất (kiểu bản tin theo ngày/tuần) và tóm tắt thay đổi quan trọng bằng vài dòng, để anh em ca/kíp không bị sót. Nếu có thêm 5–10 phút đầu ca để nhắc nhanh các cập nhật mới thì sẽ đồng bộ hơn, đỡ sai do hiểu khác nhau.
