What I liked:
Thật ra trước khi vào công ty mình quan tâm khá nhiều đến lương và phúc lợi. Nhưng sau khi làm việc một thời gian, thứ khiến mình muốn gắn bó lại là cơ hội học hỏi.
Môi trường ở đây khiến mình phải chủ động hơn rất nhiều. Không phải lúc nào cũng có người cầm tay chỉ việc, nhưng nếu mình chịu khó hỏi và chịu khó học thì sẽ có rất nhiều anh/chị đồng nghiệp sẵn sáng chia sẻ kinh nghiệm. Mình cũng có cơ hội làm việc với những người rất giỏi và học được kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề từ họ.
Một điều mình khá thích nữa là cảm giác công việc của mình có mục tiêu rõ ràng. Có những lúc deadline rất căng và cũng có lúc khá mệt, nhưng nhìn lại những gì mình đã hoàn thành thì mình thấy bản thân tiến bộ rõ rệt.
OT là một phần có thể xảy ra khi công việc nhiều, dĩ nhiên là sẽ được chi trả tiền tăng ca đầy đủ rồi
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty hiện tại rất là tốt rồi chỉ mong là công ty có thêm nhiều khu vực ngồi nghỉ mát ở khu vực công viên hơn
