What I liked:
Điều khiến tôi yêu thích công việc ở đây là môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, thân thiện và luôn tạo điều kiện để nhân viên phát triển. Tôi có cơ hội học hỏi thêm nhiều kiến thức, nâng cao kỹ năng và làm việc cùng những đồng nghiệp nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau. Bên cạnh đó, công ty luôn ghi nhận những đóng góp của nhân viên, có chế độ phúc lợi tốt và tạo động lực để mọi người không ngừng cố gắng. Tôi cũng đánh giá cao văn hóa doanh nghiệp tích cực, nơi mọi người được tôn trọng, lắng nghe và cùng hướng đến mục tiêu chung. Đây là những yếu tố giúp tôi cảm thấy gắn bó và có thêm động lực để cống hiến lâu dài.
Tôi cảm thấy chính sách làm thêm giờ của công ty được xây dựng khá hợp lý và minh bạch.

Tôi mong công ty sẽ tiếp tục duy trì những chính sách và môi trường làm việc hiện tại. Bên cạnh đó, có thể cân nhắc tổ chức thêm các khóa đào tạo chuyên môn, kỹ năng mềm và các hoạt động gắn kết nhân viên để tạo thêm cơ hội học hỏi, giao lưu giữa các phòng ban. Ngoài ra, việc tăng cường các chương trình ghi nhận và khen thưởng những cá nhân, tập thể có thành tích tốt sẽ góp phần tạo động lực làm việc và nâng cao sự gắn kết của nhân viên với công ty.
