What I liked:
Tech stack hiện đại với Kotlin + Spring Boot, codebase được tổ chức rõ ràng và có convention chuẩn. Team engineering chuyên nghiệp, luôn cải thiện chất lượng code. Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, đồng nghiệp sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau. OT policy hợp lý, không bị ép làm thêm giờ vô lý.

Có thể đầu tư thêm vào documentation nội bộ và onboarding process cho engineer mới, giúp rút ngắn thời gian làm quen với codebase lớn. Thêm các buổi knowledge sharing định kỳ giữa các team cũng sẽ rất có ích.
