Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our innovative team. As a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will oversee the delivery of complex technical projects that align with SentBe’s strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, tackle challenging problems, and contribute to our mission of simplifying cross-border financial services for a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams (developers, engineers, QA, designers) through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Foster seamless communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Drive technical discussions to ensure clarity on requirements, responsibilities, and deadlines.

Risk & Issue Management

• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
• Address technical and operational challenges effectively, escalating critical issues when necessary.
• Leverage strong problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum.

Technical Expertise

• Guide decisions on technology solutions, implementation strategies, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Contribute to resolving technical roadblocks and optimizing processes.

Stakeholder Engagement (Preferred Experience)

• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly with stakeholders.
• Align project deliverables with business goals, incorporating stakeholder feedback as necessary.

Budget & Resource Optimization (Preferred Experience)

• Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize team productivity.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management within the tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end software development projects, preferably using Agile or Scrum frameworks.

Skills & Expertise

Must-Have:

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical infrastructure.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
• PROFICIENCY in written and spoken English.
• Ability to implement Agile and Scrum principles effectively.

Good-to-Have:

• Technical expertise in Java, React.js, or SQL Server.
• Fluency in Vietnamese or Korean, particularly for collaborating with regional teams.
