• Location: Nguyen Kiem Street, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
• Office hour: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

As a Technical Lead Python, your responsibilities will include:

• Architect, design, and implement high-quality software solutions in Python
• Lead and manage a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the technical execution of projects; fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Work closely with the founders and analytics team to define technical direction, architecture design, set goals, and execute on the product roadmap.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to the team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 5 years of backend development experience with Python
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Hands-on experience in frontend development (React) is a plus
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions.
• Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and managing teams.
• Strong management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
