Sr. Fullstack Engineer (Python, Javascript/Typescript)

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, your responsibilities shall include:

• Designing and developing a scalable application layer, frontend and backend, from the ground up.
• Collaborating with agent researchers/ engineers, PMs, and designers to turn product needs into technical solutions.
• Implementing secure authentication, authorization, and data-protection mechanisms.
• Integrating seamlessly with agent runtimes and pipelines to enable efficient deployment, orchestration, and monitoring.
• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack and backend development
• Deep experience with modern backend and frontend technologies
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying production applications to the cloud
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Nice to Have Requirements

• Active GitHub repository
• Knowledge of agent/ LLM concepts and frameworks
• Passion for AI, problem-solving, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible

Interview Process

1. Phone Interview: If shortlisted, you will be invited to a 15-minute phone interview covering basic background and fit

2. Technical Interviews: If you pass the phone interview, we will proceed to the next two technical interviews below.

2.1. One 1-on-1 interview: Focused on coding, systems design, or research.

2.2. One team interview: Discuss research directions; on-site participation in Ho Chi Minh city encouraged

3. HR Interview: Cover role expectations, work culture, and any logistical details.

4. Final Interview: A concluding conversation with senior leadership
