We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ReactJS Developer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, with a deep understanding of ReactJS and its ecosystem. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

•  Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS and related technologies.

•  Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

•  Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

•  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

•  Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

•  Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution.

•  Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

•  Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the development team.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• ReactJS Expertise: Proven experience as a ReactJS Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.

• Front-End Proficiency: Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.

• State Management: Proficient with state management using Zustand or similar libraries.

• TypeScript and Tooling: Experienced with TypeScript, TanStack Query, and React Hook Form for effective type-safe and query-driven state management.

• API Integration: Familiar with RESTful APIs and proficient in handling asynchronous requests.

• Authorization Knowledge: Understanding of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).

• Version Control: Proficient in version control systems like Git.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.

• Remote Work Capability: Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
