About the role:

We are looking for a dedicated Senior QC Engineer (Manual Testing) to join our IoT platform team. This role involves ensuring our product quality as well as continuous testing method improvement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in testing practices and a collaborative mindset to help enhance our QA/QC processes. As a Senior QC Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to verify product requirements, design test cases, track defects, and contribute to the growth of our QA department.

Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed test cases based on a thorough understanding of product requirements and testing methodologies.
• Conduct testing and monitor defect status.
• Collaborate within an agile team to support the development of high-quality products.
• Improve workflows and share best practices with the team.
• Propose innovative ideas to help advance the QA/QC department.
• Support and mentor team members, offering reviews and necessary training.

Yêu cầu công việc

Essential:

• 5+ years of experience as a Software QA/QC Engineer, ideally with a focus on manual testing for IoT or SaaS products.
• Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiar with Agile, fast-paced environments with demonstrated experience working in an agile/scrum team.
• Strong experience with different types of testing (API test, performance test,…)
• Proactive mindset – willing to suggest improvements to customers for product quality enhancement and testing strategy adjustments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and effective stakeholder coordination.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing and executing detailed manual test scripts covering IoT protocols, system performance, and integration testing.
• Experience with automation testing frameworks.
