Job Description

Coder Trove is seeking a Python Developer (Django) to join immediately and work on multiple business solutions platforms. Working closely with our team, you will be given regular training and support, and work in a fun and friendly team environment.

Your role:

• Implement enhancements and new features.
• Debug and fix issues in our Django-based backend.
• Assist in maintaining and optimizing the platform’s performance.
• Collaborate with senior developers and report progress regularly.
• Ensure code quality through testing and best practices.
• Document project workflows, model architectures, and key development milestones for knowledge sharing and process transparency.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and team to fulfill additional project-related tasks as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

our skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Past 3+ years working with Python and the Django framework.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good experience with RESTful APIs and relational database management (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Understanding of version control (Git) and development workflows.
• Hands on with AWS and managing deployments. 
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous work with international teams and using English for communication.
