Outpost24 is looking for Senior Front End Developer to expand our Development team for Outpost24 in our beautiful office in HANOI, VIETNAM!
 

As a Senior Frontend Developer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop software using modern engineering approaches and agile principles.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, including automated testing.
• Participate in sprint planning and review meetings.
• Deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in technical decisions.
• Contribute to technical debt tracking and improvement plan.
• Research new technologies, libraries, models, and tools.
• Share knowledge to make the team grow.
• Incorporate the Outpost24 core organizational values – Trust, Respect, Adaptability, and Commitment – into daily tasks and responsibilities.

Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with teams during both design and development phases to ensure adherence to UI architectural standards and best practices.
• Partnering with UX designers to continue to drive the development of a modern user interface layer.
• Designing and developing proof of concept prototypes for advanced features and designs.

What would make you stand out as our ideal candidate?

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Professional experience (5+ years) with Angular, Svelte or another modern JavaScript web framework (React, Vue, etc.).
• Experience with back-end development using Java, Golang, Python.
• Advanced knowledge of software development methods and best practices.
• Experience using Git in a professional environment.
• Experience with performance and optimization problems and ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Fluency in English.
