Mô tả công việc

• Implement and maintain Data Integration Jobs (both T-1 and real-time mode)
• Manage and maintain DWH system, plan and do housekeeping on daily basis
• Work with operations and development team to deploy and automate data warehouse system and data integrations
• Provide technical advice to the Support Teams
• Continually improve operational processes and procedures, tuning data system frequently
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
• Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of database/ data integration
• Keep track the coming troubles in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
• Participate in written documents, applications operating procedures & trouble shootings.
• Follow Operation process and other related process within VPBank.
• Level 2 of support, solve daily tickets and incidents
• Other assignments assigned by Head of Center/ D&A Domain

Educational Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience, is required

Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience

• Có kinh nghiệm cài đặt, quản trị vận hành, maintainance, backup/restore, housekeeping, troubleshooting fix bug, có kiến thức kiến trúc nền tảng Single-cluster HA, DC-DR với các hệ thống Oracle, IBM, Microsoft.
• Có kinh nghiệm và hiểu biết về nền tảng hệ điều hành máy chủ như Windows Server, Linux : cài đặt package, quản trị phân vùng/thư mục, tinh chỉnh parameters, quản trị các Service.
• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành CSDL nền tảng lớn như Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2 và sử dụng các công cụ quản trị tương ứng (SSH, Toad, Dbever …)
• Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm vận hành và phát triển trên AWS Cloud (VPC, EC2, Lambda, Dynamo, Glue, Step Functions...).

• Have English in speaking, listening and reading
• Good Communication skills - including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way
• Teamwork skills
• Carefulness  in operation
• Good at investigating and solving incident and problem skill
• Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude
