What You Will Do: 

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architectures to support AI, analytics, and business intelligence needs. 
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency. 
• Implement and optimize incremental load and Change Data Capture (CDC) processes for large-scale data systems. 
• Develop and maintain data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 
• Optimize Lakehouse tables for query performance, storage efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. 
• Manage data governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. 
• Enforce data security standards, including encryption, access control, and monitoring. 
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver clean, well-structured datasets. 
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing data infrastructure for performance and scalability. 
• Lead the adoption of best practices in data engineering, documentation, and version control. 

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering. 
• Excellent SQL and Python skills for data transformation and automation. 
• Proven ability to design and manage data architecture at scale. 
• Strong expertise in ETL/ELT processes and automation. 
• Proficiency in incremental load and CDC load strategies. 
• Strong background in data quality frameworks and validation techniques. 
• Hands-on experience with Lakehouse technologies (e.g., Databricks Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, Apache Hudi). 
• Experience in data governance and metadata management. 
• Experience with data modeling (dimensional, relational, and big data schemas). 
• Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Azure Data Factory, etc.). 
• Ability to optimize the performance of distributed data systems. 
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their native data services. 
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. 
• Familiarity with Azure cloud is a plus. 
• Familiarity with Azure Databricks is a plus.
