Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer who is fluent in English, both spoken and written. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products for English - speaking markets. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and  executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Communication: Fluent in English, with exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients in English.
• Test Planning: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Test Execution: Execute test cases and conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Ensure that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
• Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track defects found during testing. Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues, provide detailed information, and verify fixes. Conduct root cause analysis for defects to prevent recurrence.
• Localization Testing: Conduct localization testing to ensure that software products are culturally appropriate and linguistically accurate for English-speaking users.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure that quality issues are identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Create detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test summary reports. Maintain clear and concise records of testing activities and results.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual testing.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in English.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
