Job Description 

We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Designer (PO/PD) who will be responsible for designing the product, shaping the company’s branding, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role will work closely with the UI/UX design team, the development team, and customers to define product vision, design product flows and interfaces, and deliver solutions that not only meet business goals but also strengthen the company’s brand identity.
 

Key Responsibilities 

📌Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and communicate the Product Vision and Roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders (CEO, business leaders) to ensure alignment with business objectives (revenue, adoption, market growth).
• Research market trends, competitors, and propose product improvements.

📌Branding & Design

• Define and maintain branding design guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to design intuitive product flows, wireframes, mockups, and visual assets.
• Ensure every product feature reinforces the company’s brand identity and delivers a high-quality user experience.

📌Product Backlog Management

• Build and maintain the Product Backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Prioritize features based on business value, cost, risks, and customer feedback.

📌Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration 

• Collect, analyze, and manage requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams (sales, marketing, support).
• Serve as the key communication bridge between business goals, customer needs, and development execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations on scope, timeline, and deliverables.

📌User Research & Data Analysis

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Monitor app performance and key product metrics.
• Analyze customer feedback and user behaviors to drive product improvements.

📌 Agile Team Collaboration

• Support the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving blockers.
• Validate deliverables to ensure features meet both business and design goals.

📌Quality & Value Delivery

• Ensure product deliverables meet acceptance criteria before release.
• Continuously improve product experience based on feedback and data insights.
• Align final output with both user expectations and company branding.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Designer (Background in Blockchain / Web3/ Crypto / FinTech / Mobile applications is a strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Lean Product Development.
• Experience in UI/UX design principles, user research, and usability testing.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (documentation and communication with partners).
