SCOPE OF WORK

• Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand product goals, value propositions, and target users.
• Join into product discovery phase to clarify ambiguous requirements, identify business constraints, and align on product vision and success criteria.
• Define and document product requirements, including both functional and non-functional aspects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Model and analyze product flows, highlighting gaps between current business processes and intended product outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to translate product concepts and workflows into actionable deliverables.
• Support the team throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure alignment with defined requirements and overall product vision.
• Provide expert input on product definition methodologies and contribute to improving internal practices and knowledge sharing.

Your Skills and Experience

• 4-7 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in defining and modeling product requirements; experience in BFSI or complex business domains is a strong plus.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, process modeling, and diagramming tools.
• Solid business acumen and a strong product mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technology.
• Passion for digital product development and eagerness to explore various product domains.
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and logical problem solver with excellent communication skills.
