Middle/ Senior Front-end Developer (ReactJS)

Responsibilities

1. Perform hands-on coding and code review as other peer developers as needed
2. Understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this
3. Design, develop, review, implement, maintain and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required
4. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate, and planning, etc.
5. Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proven 3+ years experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
4. Experience in building web-based and desktop applications.
5. Ability to define and implement technical stacks for various projects.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts.
8. Cloud Platform Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
9. Proven experience in Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
10. Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
11. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
12. Good English communication skills. 
13. Willingness to travel to client sites internationally.

Prefer to have

1. Experience with Web3 projects and blockchain technologies.
2. Experience with AI, Blockchain and machine learning technologies.
3. Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of the industry and the target market in Digital Transformation, Information Management Systems, E-Commerce, and Finance technologies.
4. Open-source contributions are a plus: Contributions to open-source projects demonstrate technical expertise and community involvement.
