Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Middle and Senior Fullstack Developer to lead our development initiatives in building scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Python backend development and modern frontend technologies, with a focus on building high-performance, distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions
• Lead the design and development of high-performance APIs using FastAPI
• Optimize application performance and implement caching strategies
• Design and maintain database schemas and data models
• Implement secure communication between distributed services
• Lead technical decision-making and architecture planning
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Ensure code quality and implementation of best practices

Required Qualifications

• Have at least 05+ years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience with microservices architecture using FastAPI
• Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js development
• Experience building solutions for financial institutions or large-scale data systems
• Track record of developing complex client portals and enterprise solutions
• Deep understanding of async programming in Python
• Experience with container orchestration and cloud deployments
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience leading development teams

Backend Development

• Strong expertise in Python-based microservices architecture
• Extensive experience with FastAPI and its key features:
  • Asynchronous programming using async/await
  • API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger
  • Data validation with Pydantic
  • High-performance request handling
• Proficiency in database technologies:
• SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis
• Experience with message queues and caching:
• Apache Kafka for async communication
• Redis/Memcached for caching
• Container orchestration and deployment:
• Docker containerization
• Kubernetes cluster management
• CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)

Frontend Development

• Advanced proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Strong experience with modern frontend architectures and state management
• Expertise in server-side rendering and static site generation with Next.js
• Experience with hosting and domain management:
  • GoDaddy administration
  • Full hosting configuration and management
  • DNS management and optimization
• Performance optimization and SEO best practices
• Experience building complex client portals and dashboards
