What You'll Do

• Shape Quality: Partner with product leads and stakeholders to align on requirements and set priorities.
• Lead QA Efforts: Drive test planning, execution, and reporting within your squad, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
• Mentor Excellence: Guide and empower QA Engineers, sharing expertise on advanced testing strategies and tools.
• Be the Voice of Quality: Advocate for excellence during Agile ceremonies, from sprint planning to retrospectives.
• Collaborate for Consistency: Work with other QA Leads and the Head of QA to maintain alignment across product areas.

Yêu cầu công việc

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership in QA roles with a deep understanding of testing methodologies.
• Expertise in Agile practices and the ability to thrive in Agile environments.
• Advanced skills in test automation using Playwright, Detox, and Postman along with JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Analytical prowess, problem-solving excellence, and a detail-oriented mindset.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects seamlessly.
