1. Analyze customer requirements, and design requirements to determine the test requirements of the project;
2. Developing detailed test cases to increase test coverage across each feature;
3. Carry out tests based on test cases and assess the status of test cases;
4. Clearly and confidently document, report, and present test results to internal teams, external partners, and clients;
5. Possessing communication skills to effectively convey testing requirements and strategies, working closely with the development team to provide the best quality.
6. Providing ideas to improve the project.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 2+ years of testing experience in software development projects.
2. Mastery in manual exploratory testing of progressively more complex web development projects (including mobile) 
3. Mastery in documenting and managing defects in specialized software (preference is Notion)
4. Able to clearly and confidently document, report, and present test results to internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders
5. Exposure and/or experience to test in multiple specializations: accessibility, usability, load and performance, security, creative technology, or native mobile apps.
6. Experience in testing API, running collection, and test scripts using Postman.
7. Fluent English communication skill is a plus.
8. Knowledge of automation is a plus.
