• Gather and evaluate user requirements to develop systems and applications for business needs.
  • This involves understanding what the users want the system to do.
• Communicate and clarify requirements, combining surveys and analysis of business processes to propose and agree on solutions for the received requirements.
  • This means having discussions with users to understand their needs better, and then suggesting solutions.
• Support business application projects and analyze system solutions for business requirements.
  • This involves working on projects to build new systems and figuring out how existing systems can meet new needs.
• Write and prepare software requirement documents for applications to be developed.
  • This means creating detailed documents that outline exactly what the software should do.
• Coordinate with departments in the company to support their needs and complete tasks effectively.
  • This means working with other teams to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (Priority for experience in business analysis in the E-commerce field).
2. English proficiency to understand and research English documents.
3. Experience using visualization tools to convert data into charts and reports.
4. Problem-solving skills and goal-oriented thinking.
5. Strong analytical skills, ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information in a detailed and accurate manner.
6. Good teamwork skills.
7. Careful, patient, diligent, eager to learn, and responsible.
