Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mobile App Leader to lead the development of native mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires strong technical leadership, a deep understanding of mobile architecture, and a passion for delivering high-performance and scalable mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the mobile development team for both iOS and Android native platforms.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications.
• Define technical architecture and establish best practices for mobile development.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver usercentric solutions.
• Ensure code quality, test coverage, and adherence to modern development principles.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, tools, and trends.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with strong expertise in both iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) native development.
• Proven experience leading a mobile development team or acting as a senior developer.
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, mobile security, app performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and app deployment on App Store & Google Play.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• English proficiency is required; experience working in international teams is a plus.
• Experienced in handling big data.
• Optimize source code to get bet performance of application.
