• Participate in the Blade of Three Kingdoms game project
• Plan and design gameplay systems for a turn-based tactical strategy game
• Create levels, evaluate stats, and balance gameplay among heroes and team formations
• Work closely with 2D Artists, 3D Artists, and Game Developers to develop and refine ideas
• Participate in playtesting, analyze player data, and propose appropriate improvements

Yêu cầu công việc

• Over 1 year of experience as a Game Designer
• Preferably experienced in developing PvE, PvP, and daily/weekly in-game activities
• Proficient in using Excel for stat calculations
• Able to write clear and structured game design documents

Nice to have

• Experience with card-collecting, turn-based strategy games
• Passion for strategy games, especially Three Kingdoms-themed titles, and good market sense
