Create training plans and mentorship strategies to enhance the skills of Game Designers.
Collaborate with the Production Lead to develop plans for new game projects.
Define design documentation guidelines for Game Designers, or directly produce design documents when needed.
Monitor or actively participate in projects to ensure progress aligns with planned milestones.
Communicate effectively with developers to propose and refine game data design solutions.
Review and validate gameplay metrics adjusted by Game Designers, or directly balance the game parameters of assigned projects.

Solid understanding of the mobile gaming market with the ability to quickly catch emerging trends.
Strong knowledge of product analysis and evaluation.
Proficiency in probability and statistics.
Familiarity with Unity (C#).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in game design.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong research, information processing, and synthesis abilities.
Ability to absorb and learn new knowledge quickly.
Team-oriented, open-minded, and receptive to feedback.
Passionate about gaming and game development.
